            services at a savings, internet, residential phone local and long distance services, wireless phone and
            digital satellite TV information. You can pay your bill on line.

            Kirkwood South receives water services through Sagemeadow MUD. Bills can be paid on line or at the
            M.U.D. building on Hall Road at Blackhawk. Emergency contact information is also listed. Regarding your
            M.U.D. tax bill, you can also pay on line or contact the office of Bob Leared if you have tax questions.

            Kirkwood South has Comcast Cable available to its residents. This site offers information on the
            services available to our homeowners to include TV and high speed internet.

            Kirkwood South children are enrolled in the P.I.S.D. through area elementary and middle schools.
            Dobie High School recently located to Blackhawk Blvd. from Beamer Rd. This site will supply parents with

            Kirkwood South residents are very fortunate to have this two-year college so close to home.  This site
            will allow you to register, pay your tuition and take classes on line.  You can also contact advisors at this

            University of Houston has two campuses in southeast Houston. The Clear Lake campus is closest
            and accepts graduate students from San Jacinto College. Learn more about U of H at this site. Request
            information and start planning your children’s future or enrich your own.

            Kirkwood South is in the county, not the City of Houston.  Therefore, we must rely on the county for street
            repairs, etc. through the office of El Franco Lee, Pct. 1.  Take a moment and navigate through the website.

            Kirkwood South (all sections) is under the jurisdiction of Pct. 2 Constables.  Deputy Constable Sgt. Zerick

           Thursday you can look forward to reading articles about events in our area.  Use this site to report or 
           place an advertisement in the paper.

           AVR Management Consultants is the management company hired by Kirkwood South Committee (HOA)
           to assist the association with the enforcement of all deed restrictions, covenants, etc.  Yearly assessment
           fees are forwarded to AVR Management Consultants for direct deposit to the Kirkwood South Committee
           bank account via a bank lock box.  Monthly reports generated by AVR Management Consultants are
           reviewed by the Committee for accuracy and any necessary response to a homeowner.  At this writing,
           AVR Management has not completed their website for viewing.

          patient services to our community.  The professional building adjoining the hospital provides offices for
